Meet the Board & Staff

Lisa Taylor is our Executive Director and owner of two local businesses in downtown Pocomoke City: Smart Graphics Design, Inc, and the Christmas Sweet. SGD is a graphic design and marketing firm contracted by the PACC Board in the fall of 2018 to administrate the Chamber’s day to day operations, build the membership through improved chamber services, schedule general membership luncheons, Business After Hours events, and more.

Rob Godwin, Branch Manager at Atlantic Union Bank in Pocomoke City, is also a resident of Pocomoke City. He graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and also has an Associate's Degree in Psychology. Rob has a wife and two beautiful girls.

Daniel Brandewie works for the City of Pocomoke's Planning and Zoning Department as Planning Director. In this capacity he is responsible for issuing building and zoning permits, conducting site plan reviews, and managing the affairs of the City's Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Brandewie joined the City in 2017 and is from Fort Loramie, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning with course work completed for a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Brenau University in Georgia. He resides in Pocomoke City.

Jamie Bailey is our current Board President and the Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank located inside of Walmart, Pocomoke City. He has been in banking since 2016. Jamie spent 29 years in retail management and home improvement settings before switching into banking.

Jamie has also served on the Samaritan Shelter board since 2019 and he served on the Worcester County library board from 2017-2021. Jamie is originally from Chincoteague Island, VA and has lived in Pocomoke for the last 15 years.

Dominique Bias is the Operations Supervisor at Taylor Bank in Pocomoke City. She graduated in May of 2012 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Dominique has been in the banking industry for several years. She started with Taylor Bank in May of 2013 as a Customer Service Associate. She was promoted to Operations Supervisor in 2016 at the Ocean Pines location and later transferred back to the Pocomoke Branch in 2017 to be closer to home. Dominique joined the Board in February 2019.
